Savage TD2 Keyboard no arrows v4.5** Now includes The PhonePad

4 Attachment(s)
***DO NOT INSTALL WITHOUT RISK OF A HARD RESET, AS WITH ALL MODS USE AT YOUR OWN RISK***

Ok, I have had some recent requests for my ported TD2 no arrows keyboard. I have a new cab with the ActiveSync problem fixed, and another Pad Ported.

***CHOOSE FROM QWERTY KEYBOARD OR PHONE STYLE PAD, YOU WILL NEED TO HTC MENU ENHANCEMENT TO WORK PROPERLY.***FOR ROMS WITHOUT HTC MENU ENHANCEMENT YOU WILL NEED THE CABS(QWERTY&PHONEPAD BELOW)TO TOGGLE BETWEEN THEM. QWERTY IS SET DEFAULT, YOU WILL NEED TO SOFT RESET AFTER INSTALLING TOGGLE CABS***

I have only tested this on the diamond not the pro.----->(I do not have one)

05/21/2009 5:45PM EST ***UPDATED, ADDED PHONE KEYPAD CAB

05/20/2009 6:30PM EST ***UPDATED, V4.5 REMOVED ARROWS FROM PADS***

05/20/2009 1:00PM EST ***UPDATED, KEYPAD NOW WORKING***

I will upload the other two keyboards on request.(Arrows & Arrows Portrait ONLY)

***THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM WITH XT9 LANDSCAPE, IT CANNOT BE FIXED TO MY KNOWLEDGE.***

Nice! I've always wanted this keyboard but never installed before due to reported ActiveSync problems. Going to try now, thanks savage!

Is there anyway to get a Compact Qwerty on this?

I love Compact Qwerty with T9. It's alot quicker than using a full qwerty because you're (ok maybe just me) less prone to mistakes because of the bigger buttons, plus T9 helping.

I like fingerboard, but I have trouble while walking/driving and using it since it needs a bit more precision.

Adding in Compact Qwerty from Calkulin's thread usually borks any current SIP's AND his has the first letter missing thing that is annoying.

Would be awesome to have a single SIP that could do full qwerty and compact, with the power of T9 with Fingerboard and/or new TD2 keyboard. All in one without having to change SIP would be best.

Probably a big request, but thought I'd ask. :)
