The fact is that multiple threads on the same issue make the proper information more difficult to find for future issues, especially when users give misinformation (as you did previously in this thread).

Someone being new isn't an excuse to not be able to see the big icon at the top of the screen.

My boss is a woman....so I usually just say hi as well. Although I've been know to try to brush up against her breast when we pass in the hallway.
