Help customizing tf3d

I've just upgraded to the diamond from the vogue and was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have tried to download Diamond TF3D Config 0.6.7 on my phone but once installed I keep getting an error msg. Also tried to install advanced configurator 3.3 and it says that my version of .net compact framework is out of date. I'm just trying to apply themes to tf3d the way I was able to do with manila tf2d on the vogue with m2d. Thank You
