Maybe I'm wrong but I was under the impression that Wireless Sync costed extra. That's what the difference between the $29.99 data plan and the $44.99 one was the ability to use wireless sync. Once again I could be wrong here...
And to answer your question, Toushi, no, I was not able to get the Sprint Diamond to work. They would not add the ESN to their database. I got the run around and told eventually I may be able to do it, but "not at this time" and "we're moving toward an open network" blah blah.
Don't try to do an Alltel one either. I asked about that and I was told I could only do it if I was previously an Alltel customer and lived in an area that was getting ported to Verizon. So...don't waste your time. If you want it, just get the Verizon one. That's what I did. |
