Internet error!

when I try to download roms and what not from the site I receive this error. it happens in opera mobile and ie. I never received this error on the vogue. is there any fix for this annoying error.

Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /Mighty/tsowentaskbar3v1.4_032209.cab could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request
