Re: Camera Blur Gone - Simple Fix

I dunno, maybe it's just my phone, but none of these tweaks for my camera seem to help, it's just as slow at taking pictures, the lag because of the light correction is aweful... I've given up on it taking good pictures..

Do you have a blur or are you dissapointed at the lag between focus and taking the shot? That's a seperate and easily fixed issue as well Hit the fuzemobility link in the first post and you'll see the tweak to get past the key delay.

I have the terrible lag between focus and taking the shot. I've set the registry settings to remove the delay, and it's still there. HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\Captparam, set delays to 0 and enabledealy to 0.

Still depending on the lousy light correction, it takes anywhere from 3-10 seconds to take the picture.

There are two toher regsitry values that help. HKLM/Software/HTC/Camera/Captparam/ and sets CaptureTimer = 0 and EnableCapKeyDelay = 0 and CapKeyDelayTime = 0
Take a look here as well: http://www.fuzemobility.com/camera-focus-unwrapped/

Those are what I was referring to, I just didn't type them out. Maybe I'm more referring to the autofocus taking... forever to focus. After it focuses it's instant. I've never had a problem with that, but the autofocus takes way too long to focus, I see the white box flashing at me for sometimes 10 seconds, by the time it's ready to actually ready to take the picture, people lose their pose and it's all messed up, very annoying.

there's no way to set the camera to 'no focus' except as that article states you can just set it to press and hold and just put your finger on it immediately to let it focus on something else then the press time is instantaneous when you go to your subject.

Yep, that's why I don't even use it, unless I'm at work where I can take a picture of a number or something I need to remember for later, but for people posing, it's not good.

I just bought a real camera for any "fun" pictures, they take them instantly and picture quality is far better.
