Custom Weather DB Editor File Location?
Does anyone know where the custom weather db editor stores the custom cities so I can back it up? Thanks in advance.

Wow, 39 views and no one has a comment or answer. You guys are much smarter then I am.
This is the deal, I love to flash the new custom roms like so many here and I don't mind re-installing programs manually, I just want to add a few files like my custom weather db and my opera favorites to my backup so I don't have to keep re-creating them. Typing in the custom cities is tedious so it would be so much easier for me to just back up a file. Someone smarter then me please help. Thanks. |
Re: Custom Weather DB Editor File Location?
i don't use the file myself so i can't really help, but if you know the name of the file you could search your phone for it. chances are it's in the \windows folder :thumbright:
goodluck! |
Re: Custom Weather DB Editor File Location?
Best thing to do is to maybee change it by adding a city, then sort your windows folder by last modified... Perhaps...

you can try tweaking this to your liking, call it during customization or make it into a cab.

Re: Custom Weather DB Editor File Location?
First thing done on my phone this morning was creating a city and the file that changed in the Windows folder was definately 2330fc3c_manila.
Thanks, it looks like all I should have to do is backup that one file and restore it and it should work. |
