you can try tweaking this to your liking, call it during customization or make it into a cab.

First thing done on my phone this morning was creating a city and the file that changed in the Windows folder was definately 2330fc3c_manila.

Thanks, it looks like all I should have to do is backup that one file and restore it and it should work.
