Not seeing BT headset as having audio capacity?

Today, I inherited my wife's bluetooth headset. Her motorola Q saw it as a stereo headset (in addition to telephone) and she could stream music files through it but my diamond does not see it that way - just phone use. Is there something I can do to fix that? Mighty Rom 4.5.

It is a mono headset?

If so, there is a tool that can route stero BT through a mono headset, I would have to search it out...

But natively, I do not think that WM6 will route stereo music through a mono headset.

try to google WM6BTA.CAB and do not argue with the LAW! lol!

Do a search for A2DP hacks. You may want to flash a ROM like MightyROM. Right now I'm running it and it's running good.

Basicly you have to turn on bluetooth audio when you want to stream music. Go to all programs and see bluetooth audio. There is an on and off. When you want stereo music turn on.

You can use ABCbtToggle. It's build into my rom, and there are cabs around..

Thanks all, it's a mono piece. I did not get any alerts that this thread had replies, sorry for the late response! I'll google ABCbtToggle right now and report back my findings in a day or so..

googling ABCbtToggle only returns 4 links, all to your threads... i allowed Google to suggest ABC btToggle but that did not do it either...

I'm running mighty rom 4.4.5. Stereo bluetooth works in my car, just not with this mono headset.
