Screen cracked on ~3 months old Diamond, no TEP though, what should I do?

What's your point? Like I said, I have a 6 month old phone and they still added TEP for me.

Heh Clutchypoo. Alltel allows you to add it but you have to wait 30 days. Switch to Alltel, except now it's Verizon. j/k

Well insurance is not an option for me....I bought a replacement digitizer off ebay since my lcd was fine.....anyone know where a guy can get instructions on how to tear this beast apart...Im gonna try it....
