ps I think killing opera process is the key to uninstalling as well.
I was able to reinstall it so I have opera working again although 15613 definitely has the same bug where there is a white box and a non working bottom right corner button on any non-mobile page. It makes it virtually worthless for me since the majority of the pages I go to aren't mobile. I think I'll be able to just replace the 2 .exe files with the 15202 ones to avoid having to uninstall since that doesn't work. It's too bad too because 15613 really was faster but I just can't deal with that bug.

That's good that you got it reinstalled. I double checked mine, and I only occasionally have the small white window. Don't have the disappearing thing you were talking about at all. Anyway, I'm encouraged by the progress that Opera Mobile seems to be making with the browser's speed.

Yeah, my white block and dissapearing menu button go hand in hand. Any page that has one has the other (cnn.com is an obvious one). It's not even sporadic, it's every time I go to cnn.com. Oh well, 15202 isn't too shabby!

It's so funny how www.cnn.com does that ... I never go there, so hadn't seen it before. Wonder what causes it, when it doesn't do it on any of the sites I typically visit? Crazy ...

Nice sharing with you ... enjoy 15202!

Yeah, it's not just cnn.com but that's just one that everybody would know that I go to regularly. It does it on a few other sites as well so I'll just stay with 15202. One thing I found is it's much easier to try out a new version by backing up the Opera9.exe and OperaL.exe files and then replacing just those with the new ones. It definitely works and if you don't like the changes you can just put the old files back. It won't change the look of your Opera boot screen (if it says HTC it'll stay on that and if it says Opera Mobile it'll stay on that) but I think those are probably just loaded in another file. The actual executable does change though!
