No dont delete anything, just copy the Diamond TF3D Config Setup v0.6.7.CAB file over to your diamond, remember what directory you put it in and then from your diamond goto file explorer (in the programs directory) and find the Diamond TF3D Config Setup v0.6.7.CAB file and just tap the file once with your stylus and it should install. You only need to delete the .xml file if your have problems running the program. And even then you delete the file off of your diamond not on your computer.

Welll what do you have on there that is taking up all the space? You know you can double click the internal storage from your computer and see whats on there. If your not sure you could always clear the storage and start with a clean slate.
