TF3DHD - Wallpaper - Scaling & Size

I was noticing that the wallpaper sized 480x640 was always being scaled in some way when I applied it (and causing it to look bad), so I did some investigating. Turns out (and this makes perfect sense) that the wallpaper needs to be 480x800 in order to not be stretched and scaled. Since that is the resolution of the Touch HD's screen, this is not surprising. Also, the icon bar at the top does cover up 52 pixels, so if you are attempting to position a graphic, as I was, you will want to take that into account, as well as the fact that anything below a bit less than 640 pixels will not show. I found that I could just add some black background to pad the image up to 800 pixels.

I dug around for info on this, and didn't find anything, so I hope this will be useful and help others get that perfect-looking wallpaper when using TF3DHD.

Cheers!
