Data Works? Voice goes to American Roaming?

So I flashed my rom and now I can only get data. My problem I think lies in the fact that I don't have a Home SID or whatever that thing is in my EPST. Also when I dial out it gives me the American Roaming network or something weird like that. I am in EVDO and I see sprint on the network status but I can't dial out. Any help?
