Volume Control Customization

I found a thread over on xda where people are tweaking the colors, but has anyone modified the buttons or anything else in the volume control menu?

I assume you can completely change the shapes of the buttons and such as well, just wondering if anyone has taken it that far.

Here is one I came up with earlier today:

You can change the shapes of them too. Everything but the top two tabs I think, but check out the pics on my rom RSTG Leaked Sprint v2.0.1.3 Custom Rom w/uc Updated 1/22/09 I've got the brown dots. The text is probably in htcvolume.0409.mui (not at home) and can be changed inside the dll.
