Landscape Screen Alignment?

I tried using a couple of the auto rotation apps, gsen and gyraito2, now using changeScreen and I really like its simplicity. The common problem with all of these is that when screen rotates from portrait to landscape, the landscape alignment is off.

Example: when using the full QWERTY keyboard in landscape if I tap the “i” letter, I will almost always get the “o” letter instead. The small miss-alignment seems to affect all programs once in landscape. Even tried using the screen alignment program in settings in the landscape mode and it does align the screen for landscape, but when I go back to portrait mode then that alignment is off.

Any suggestions?
