Did i permanitly brick my phone?

i installed probably some impropper apps, now it turns on.

shows the load screen, then poof! turns off! is there a way to fix it, or is it gone?

edit: i just plugged the charger in, and it didnt work, but i let it charge for awhile and it works, i think the batterys done, what do you folks think?
