How to install Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24 (HELP)

I'm trying to install Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24 on my Diamond and I keep getting an error message saying it can't be installed, use the program it's associated with..

Here are the things I've tried

1st Method
1. Downloaded the Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24 zip file to my PC
2. Unzipped file to folded named Arcsoft 5.0.70.24
3. Moved folder to my phone in the internal storage
4. clicked setup & even all 50 cab files
5. received same error message for all

2nd Method
1. Downloaded the Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24 zip file to my PC
2. Placed zip file on my device in the internal storage folder
3. tried to open folder but received the same error message

3rd Method
1. Unzipped the Arcsoft MMS version 5.0.70.24
2. Moved cab files to the internal storage of my device
3. Same results, error message

Can someone PLEASE provide me with instruction on how to install this or show me what I'm doing wrong?
