bluetooth/Vibe Issue

OK i looked but havent been able to find anything . I have to use my bluetooth all day at work and for some reason when it is paired to my diamond after so long my phone will no longer ring or make any system sounds . All i get is a constant vibrate when i get a text message and the only way to stop it is a soft reset . any help would be great . a fix would be even better
