Diamond No Longer Vibrates

Hi everyone

Just wondering, I had the Juicy Rom on my phone for the past month and the other day I went back to the Telus Rom (dont worry, the Juicy one rocks, I just want to get more comfortable with rom updates etc). Now my phones vibrate function will not work. Any ideas on why that might be happening.

Should I do a hard reset? If so, how does one accomplish such a thing.
