Question about TF3D Settings Tab

When I got my first Sprint Diamond at launch my touch flo settings tab listed out the key connections for easy on/off functionality such as BlueTooth, WiFi, Direct Push, Data Connection, Airplane Mode, Phone, etc. Well my original Diamond died and my replacement came but this tab is now different. Now it shows Sync info, Sound Wallpaper, Weather, etc.

Does anyone know how to change what shows up on this tab? I liked the original one I had since it enabled me to easily turn on/off BT and WiFi. I cannot locate any settings feature to change this tab.

I am currenlty running Diamond TF3D Config and Diamond Tweak but these settings were as mentioned above for both phones prior to installing these apps.
