I use the program quickmenu, you hold down the windows key to rotate. I like it like that because it saves the call key for voice command

I tired this, but it gave me error. I downloaded the latest version and it still gave me an error.

I'm using GSen and works OK for me. You can toggle it on or of depending on necesity.
