Is it possible 4 me 2 feel more clueless???

Hey people! So i just got a HTC Diamond a few days ago. I guess it was originally a Sprint phone but when I bought it it had been flashed to the Cricket network. First of all lemme begin by saying ...I LOVE THIS THING!!!
Now if I could just get it to work right. For some strange reason whenever i link my Motorola HT820 headset to the phone it will work for the duration of one call and one call only. after that the bluetooth wont work nor can i hear anything when i disconnect it (and they cant hear me either!) the only way 4 me 2 resolve this is with a soft reset, but if i reconnect the bluetooth the same thing happens. so bein a nooby and all i called HTC customer svce and they told me 2 do a hard rest and if that didnt work he said i would have to reflash the phone. incidentally, the guy i talked 2 was an a-hole and i was tired of of talkin to him so i hung up. And, that brings me here 2 you nice folks! please help...i really want to get involved here and learn how to do some of this stuff.
