Lol, to install .cab files, you just either download them with opera on your diamond, or you connect your phone to computer and drag/drop them over.
Then, open file explorer in the diamond and click on the .cab you want to install, then just choose where to install it. |

lol why did this thread turn into talking about the title? im sure the op feels a little embarr***** now.
anyways, on topic. .cab files are like installation packets which can be either downloaded directly on the phone, or transferred via your computer. Once they're on ur phone, you should be able to locate them through the file manager located in ur programs. To install a certain file, click it, and the phone will ask u where ud like to install it, whether its the device memory or the internal 4gb. Hope this helps!
