Picturemail Notification

yeah, i was having tons of trouble with my picture mail too. Did you download the pic mail update cab from the Sprint website? Click the Check For New Updates link on the homepage from your phone... its near the top under Software Update. Also, make sure you've set up your pic mail account on the sprint website.

Another thing, when you send pics, I've found that you can't send the biggest size pics that our phone takes... I guess other phones can't display them. The biggest one I can send is the one right below 1M (I think its called "Large). Try that to see if it works

i got a notification saying my picmail is going to expire next month and that if i wanted to keep it from being deleted i had to add it to my sprint service? Is this an additional fee? I thought the picmail account was free/included...
Any help/answers would be great, thanks

My pic mail message comes in with the text message sound as well but the actual message comes to the picmail folder. And I have two completely different sounds for email and text messages.

But shouldn't MMS use the email notification, especially considering how it's classified as an email account [based on TF3D showing it under the email tab]

Thanks for all the post I will try those programs you mentioned and post back with the results. Thank you. Just to clariy, my picture mail arrives in the picturemail folder in email tab in TF3D but it uses the text message ringer for sound. I have two different ringers for email and text. Also, picturemail messages come with a auto pop up notification, while email and text does not.
