I'm so ----> I've had my Diamonds a little over a week and I never checked inside the bag that had the manual and CD. Didn't realize there was a screen protector in there

Ive been using the writeshield ones from ppctechs.com. They are kinda pricey but ive had the same one on my touch since last NOV. Still looks good, they are reusable also accorrding to the direction but ive never removed it to try.

Noob question - I have the screen protector that came with the phone from Sprint. How do I get it to adhere to the phone? It looks like it's just a piece of plastic and I see no way to make it stick. Thanks

Carefully, slightly bend it, and pull it off! If you got it off, the underside is sticky/static like.

The screen has to be absolutely perfeclty clean. Even a tiny speck of dirt will cause a big bubble in the middle of the thing.

Start on one end and, holding the other end up, slide your thumb firmly down the middle towards the other end. Then smooth it out to the sides.

It is all user preference but I have had both and prefer BSE over Boxwave.
I like the total protection of the BSE.

I'm using BSE except for the screen portion. I'm still using the OEM Sprint screen protector. I put up pictures here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...033#post479033

I wanted Zagg's but after waiting 2 weeks and it hadn't shipped, I gave up and asked for my money back. Maybe Zagg has caught up now, but I didn't want to wait around.

I've taken the Sprint protector off a couple of times and reapplied using the BSE wet process and it works. Now it'll look crummy for about 2 days afterwards. If you use the OEM Sprint protector and wet it with the water/soap solution the way you're told to with the BSE skin and then place it back on the phone it will readhere very nicely, but for about 2 days you'll see some wet blotches/bubbles underneath it. You'll think it's ruined or that your screen has been ruined, but eventually the moisture disappates and goes away. Like I said, I've reapplied my OEM Sprint protector like this twice now. I'd only have to get rid of this protector if I put a hard bend in it or tear it or scratch it up.
