I ordered my Sprint HTC Touch Diamond off ebay it was my 1st time ever ordering anything off ebay it was 135.00 Brand new in box clean esn shipped out fast

i bought my diamond from an ebay seller for 300..
it works fine for me b/c my phone was still factory sealed.

I just bought a touch pro on Sunday and haven't received it yet. Should I drop the insurance on my current phone as to avoid this problem? What should I do now? If I would have known all of this I would have paid $200 extra and bought it from Sprint...

As long as the esn on that phone you're receiving is clean you shouldn't have to drop your insurance as it should carry over to the touch pro when you activate it. If not make sure you tell them to have it carried over. They've done it for me before.

The insurance applies to what ever phone is active on your account.
I switch out my phone every weekend (TP during the week, Diamond on weekend).

Each time, the insurance also shows up in the drop-down for "phone add-ons".

i think the majority of things on ebay have a hitch to them, but who cares when your savings 100's of dollars? I know i dont, i buy tvs and computer games a huge discounts on ebay
