No bluetooth headset after answeing call
 

If I answer a call from my Sprint Diamond and not from my bluetooth headset, the headset is not active. I have to pick up the phone and talk. If I answer from the headset, the headset works fine. Answering either way on my previous phone left the headset working. I usually look at my phone to see who is calling and instinctively answer from the phone if I want to talk while in my car.

Is this normal behavior or is there a setting I can change? Was I just lucky with my previous phone?

I have a Motorola bluetooth head set that synced up fine with my Mogul. But cannot even get the Touch Pro to find it...so I have more problems than you...

What profile is your bluetooth headset using? Check under Settings > Bluetooth. Select your device to configure it. If it is just set to Hands Free, click on Refresh and see if it finds Headset.

It is fine. If you want to use the headset answer with the headset otherwise the phone assumes you want to use the phone speaker/mic instead.
