Username = logon Username (administrator, chris, etc) Password = logon Password. Domain = blank. |

VNC is different than using remote desktop.
Remote desktop involves you setting it up on your computer, it's a built in windows feature. User name = your login name for windows password = the password associated with this login Computer = the ip address or computer name Domain can be left blank or you can put the name of the computer here depends on how you have your users setup. |

so you really don't need a "VNC" type program running in the background for this to work, its just built in?

you need to have Remote Desktop set up on your computer.
Right click My Computer>Properties>Remote>Remote Desktop. |

Yes not all versions of windows support it though. I've only used XP professional, so that's the only XP I can speak for. In Vista natively only Business and Ultimate support remote desktop.
