Diamond reboots itself on missed calls
My friend just switched over to sprint and got a diamond. He said the phone reboots itself when when he misses an incoming call.

Any ideas?

take it back and exchange for another one... i wouldn't worry about why it's doing it, because it shouldn't reboot on missed calls.

That's a lot of hassle if it's just a quick a fix or if there is something he did wrong. I figured I'd check on here to see if anyone else has experienced this.

the phone should not reboot as you described. to me it's less worry knowing i have a phone works.

No bump needed. I am with cortez, tell him to get it replaced. I have 6 Diamonds and none of them restart after a missed call. Your friend got a bad one, that's it. It happens.

I just replaced my diamond because the send key stopped responding to presses... walked in with the handset, waited 10 mins, walked out with a new device an the new box and all contents... to me that was just bonus! the tech said he wasnt even gonna troubleshoot/ run diagnostics on it and make me wait... the phone is too new...

mine does not stop from vibrating after a missed call ..but my gf likes it..lol had to add that
