Sprint Diamond on VZW network?

I have over and over again had sprint devices on my verizon account dating back to probably sometime in 01... Now for the first time I am completely unable to get the process underway. From the get go my MEID is not accepted from verizon. A Verizon tech informed me to get the subsidy code releaseing the MEID to me from Sprint... Then once it is in my ownership I can take it to Verizon, and the OTA or manual programming is up to me... Thats fine, that part I can do. But I just got out of a heated arguement at a Sprint store and left with no subsidy code, and every time I call their 800 number it leads to a cultural disaster, with neither end understanding the other... And no bump ups to a higher tech level. So I am at a loss... I have searched all the threads and can not find anything about getting this exact phone on Vzw, I cant even find proof that anyone has done it yet! Can someone please help???!!!
