I'm using barcorama and point it to fastpricecheck.com. I hope one of them works in GPS capabilities like ShopSavvy. Until then, I'm pretty happy with it - especially since it's free!

i cant get barcorama to install, went to the site here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=368798 adn downloaded the zip file adn no luck.. the zip file has and exe not a cab file in it.. can anyone help>?

i jsut did that but how do i get it to direct to fastpricecheck, it keeps going to google

i believe right now it is all in the coding, which the source is freely available. it also might be an option in the settings of the application. I have not used barcorama in a while.

Use this URL:

http://www.fastpricecheck.com/GetData/HTML/!###!

that should be loaded in settings...arrow to right twice and put it in the lower URL. the top URL routes to \windows\iexplorer.exe

I was thinking "hmm, this seems doable, with the image decoding the hard part" around page one, and then someone posted a link to Zxing, an open-source library that already does that part!

Where is the source for Barcorama available? I've been itching to try out my VS 2008 on a PPC.

*EDIT* Found it! Will PM hypest and start poking it after ochem final.

I go into settings in Barcorama to change the site, but I don't know how to write any sites down, no keyboard pops up on my Diamond...

Just above the PIE url there is a tiny button says "SIP" that will bring up your keyboard.

I tried this one but it never finds anything.
I double checked so I was wondering if it could be typed wrong above?
