Music files for sprint music

Should i do a soft reset?? and if so how ould i go about and do that???/ Im not sure what to do??? it says searching...then no files found. there is absolutely nothing showing up under any of the icons for library or music files unless i go right to file explorer...

Ok, I swear I'm not a newbie to Windows phones, but, I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong when trying to add music to my Diamond. I have tried to drag and drop files into the MUSIC and My Music folders, but it always gets to a 2nd song and says there is not enough memory. I do not have anything stored on my phone, and when i look at memory allocation, it says there is no memory card present. I know that there is 4 GB of internal memory, what am I doing wrong? I am running the stock Sprint ROM, and have only added the flip clock, and Diamond Tweaks.

does anyone else have this issue?

i placed about 700 songs in mp3 format onto my phone under the internal storage/ music folder and when i click on the music tab, it takes like a min for the songs to show up, and takes another 30 secs just to play a song. also i have noticed the phone has become slower since adding these files to the internal storage. is this to be expected or am i doing something wrong?
