Just popping in here to remind you guys to only discuss the emulators and not the ROMs. The emulators themselves are not illegal, but using ROMs from systems like the NES is. If you want to discuss ROMs, do not do it in open discussion, as you will be warned/banned per forum rules. We don't want any of our members or the site itself to get unnecessary legal attention.

You have to install the .exe from your PC with your phone connected, not run it directly on the phone.

try mobile.surrealnetworks.com on your phone
click on applications for MDA
and download pocket nester plus

i got it to run via that download, just not sure what the best layout for the keys are. any suggestions?!?!

I'm running PocketNester v0.7, and it has on screen controls. They only come up when you open a ROM, so you can't see them until you load a game.

that link is throwing a 404. perhaps the site is no longer running or server error?

i have a bunch of old games that i converted to ROM for personal use and can get them working on the desktop (stupid NES finally died after 20 someodd years) but can't find a NES Rom to work with the touch. i know that this is a diamond section, but i dont mind tweaking a few files to get it to work

i downloaded pocketnester and the only complaint i would say is that you can't press both on screen buttons at the same time
