I like the earlier version better. This one will not let me answer. It is prettier though.

Hi Bostonshaker, I do not understand. I use PS 2.0 and it does let me answer the phone. You just have to swipe downwards using the green part of slide button. To cancel use the red part. Doesn't PS show these two arts on your phone?

In general I like PS for now. I tried Su2U but it takes 5 seconds to ring after receiving a call. I also tried AnswerKeyDisabler, StylusLock, SensorLock and ThrottleLauncher. Somehow there always was something not working right or it did not work as I thought it should (didn't say my idea is the right one).

My only quirck with PS is the size compared to AnswerKeyDisabler which is an incredible 16 KB (yes kilobytes).

I try swiping downward time and time again with no luck. I keep missing calls. I may have to just shut it off and uninstall it. The previous version worked great for me.

Exactly my issue and Pocketshield fits the bill perfectly

I can't get pocketshield to work for the life of me. I've tried 3 versions including the newest today. I have the following bugs. Gestures don't work at all. After a few times powering off and unlocking with the slider the program stops working and my top status bar disappears and shows black, requiring a soft reset. ('start', battery meter etc all gone) I am using a Telus diamond with Juicy's ROM 3.4

I used PS 2.0 but just removed it because of the new dialer that it installs does the same thing as some dialers I tried on my Mogul ... the data arrows never get greyed out. It's a silly thing that just bugs me.

Anyway, I removed the program, but the dialer won't go away. Now I'm going to hard reset. :(

I liked the program other than that.

x2, when I uninstalled the dialer wasn't removed so I had to hard reset.

To get the original dialer back, reinstall the app, go into the settings and uncheck to use the pocketshield dialer, soft reset, then uninstall pocketshield. That should get you back to normal.
