Got an eCare email back stating they got the phones back and were forwarding in a request to have my money refunded, and having someone call me back at work. Wow huh? ![]() -CC

She was honest and forthright, she told me no sense getting the same phone for now, it's gonna have the same problem, which may be fixed at a later date (it's not hardware btw it's a software issue, the touch pro has this problem too being looked at before release and it's part of it's delay). She told me it's better I just return the Diamond and consider a Touch Pro, because at least they may have fixed the problem on it before it's release.. -CC |
