Voila all your contacts, also you can ask them to copy your my documents file over some stores are nice enough to do it.
+1 i do this with all of my internal storage folders... create a "diamond image" folder on desktop pc and copy full storage card to it... oh and use spb backup2 also...

They were supposed to "credit" me back the full amount I paid. Repeatedly i confirmed that since I paid by debit card, they would reverse the funds to my debit card when my mogul was recieved by them. They applied the credit to my SPRINT account, but get this... Because I had an outstanding balance, they TOOK that amount out of the credit so the credit is actually $150 LESS then I was promised... I'm LIVID with them right now because they NEVER mentioned this at any point prior to my purchase...

I'm now being escalated so that it can be sorted out... lucky for me I have ALL of the documentation via email. I'm so pissed with them right now I'm thinking of leaving them just off of principle. you dont deserve my business if you cant honor your word...
I am/was in the same boat. I returned all 3 phones, Mogul & Touch to Sprint and Diamond to the store. I never got my credit for the returned phones. It still shows on my bill, even the phone returned to Sprint store doesn't show a credit, they say it's not instant, to give it a week or 2 billing cycles...

I had a Tech Supervisor call me because of the issues of EVDO not working my area "ALL of Miami" and then my last phone going into 1x and if I was on a call it acted as if I didn't have call waiting, and text msg wouldn't come in either.. =D> She gave me her name and cell phone number, lol I lost it..

I was also promised a memeber of Management would call me, well I don't have a cell phone to recieve calls on, abd they've not called me at work..

eCare promised a call to my original cell phone number, of which I lost because the PORTING never worked.. Sigh.. antoher called my new cell number and says he got my voice mail.. Of course.. I don't have a phone to answer the call with .

When I asked about my credits, they said they found NO notes about the returns and the "DEAL" made about buying the Diamond at full price and getting credited when they got the other phone back...

So I scanned and PDF Their Labels and Tracking info.. Got an eCare email back stating they got the phones back and were forwarding in a request to have my money refunded, and having someone call me back at work.

Wow huh?

I asked them to send me a Return Label and just sent mine with it's original packaging and the label to them. They stated that it would take longer to get my credit this way.. But if I waited for the return kit I would have been past my 30 days... Oh I did take my Diamond back to the store to get a refund..

When speaking to a Tech Supervisor, this is the same conclusion we both came up with. She was honest and forthright, she told me no sense getting the same phone for now, it's gonna have the same problem, which may be fixed at a later date (it's not hardware btw it's a software issue, the touch pro has this problem too being looked at before release and it's part of it's delay). She told me it's better I just return the Diamond and consider a Touch Pro, because at least they may have fixed the problem on it before it's release..

were you within your 30 day period when you returned your Mogul for credit? a friend of mine had a Moto Q (he had it for about 14 months) which was giving him problems and he sent 1 email to ecare and they gave him a return kit. he received full credit for his Q and ended up paying $150 for the Diamond without extending his contract like I had to do to get my Diamond for $250.

the right "d-pad" button doesnt work AT ALL and its kind of annoying paying so much for a faulty device. will sprint send me a replacement with a return box so that i am not without a phone or do i have to activate my Mogul (which i want to send back) in the meantime?

thanks

PS. another issue i have with them is that i asked them what i can do with my Mogul and they said that Sprint has a Buyback program. when i asked them how much i could sell it for through Buyback, they said $0 LMAO. the Mogul is still $549.99 on their website too, wth...

This what you get for one too many ecare emails.

Problem here is they gave me credit for the Touch replacement, and not my original Mogul.
