sprint blocking ICS and phone as a modem

Anyone else use their phone as a modem using Sprint ICS. Suddently over the last week it quit working. I called Sprint and basically they said that it was never part of the Everything Data plan and that they've blocked it. Anyone else run into this? When I purchased their everything data plan a year ago, it was considered a part of the plan.
