Re: Terrible Scrolling Contacts.

Funny how I said this over on another thread... The contacts for some reason just seems so out of place. (scrolling)

Re: Terrible Scrolling Contacts.

Do you have the scrolling sound turned off? That makes the scrolling much smoother and responsive.

Re: Terrible Scrolling Contacts.

PocketCM Contacts is approximately a billion times better than the stock contacts manager and it's free. It scrolls perfecty, gives you access to all numbers and email addresses, and also becomes your stock contacts manager after you've installed it and done a soft reset.
I have it mapped to the right soft-key on my Home screen for easy access. For some reason, PocketCM doesn't show up in the list of applications available to Diamond Tweak to map to the soft keys, so I've used Resco Registry Editor to do it.
Hope that helps!

Myke...
But in the approximation is it estimated at over or under a billion times better?

We're talking deal breaker here...

Would be trillion times better if they had a better VGA skin and a way to make it start instead of the regular contacts...

Stock ROM. Maybe choppy is a bad choice of words...too subjective. I'm saying there is no animation when scrolling. A contact in one slot is instantly replaced by the one before or after it when you "scroll". Not to mention the sensitivity is terrible. It's either 1, 5 or a 10...nothing in between. I just don't know why TF3D couldn't have handled it.
