Skin for stock WM6.1 Lock

This seems to be all that I really need. I set it to come on after 5 min of no activity and it works great. The only thing is that it's ugly as hell. I feel confident in this bug-free lock that it won't suck up massive battery power or effect any other part of my phone...so I wanna keep it. Any way to change the skin on it? That would be tits.

Even a registry edit to make it come on when the screen is turned off would be even better. Seems like a good place to start for a good lock program.
