They don't sell em in the stores anymore but they still have some for replacements. I got mine about 2months ago cause i drowned my vogue and they did'nt have any vogues so they gave me a diamond.

Re: discontinued the diamond?
I am sure you can still find them in Indirect Stores if they had a lot available before discontinuing them. Check your local dealers

Re: discontinued the diamond?
ok so turns out my phone is back to life. its been back and forth for a while but anyway, local store had no diamonds so they orderded me one to my house. Since my old phone works and ill have the new diamond can i see the new one on ebay or something? or can I sell the old on ebay? I ask because I wonder how "bad" esn's work with replacements and if they'll flag either of my phones with one

Re: discontinued the diamond?
If they ordered you a replacement phone, I am pretty sure you will have to send your other phone back to them, if not they will charge you a large fee. Either way once they replace your phone, your old phone cannot be used on the network anymore.

To say that it cannot legally, well that's the truth. heh. But yeah, listen to Carla, she know's her shi-stuff. They will charge your account if you don't send the old phone back to them, and it's usually for the retail value of the phone (which will still be ridiculously high even though no one really buys them anymore or even sells them for that matter).
