edit/create themes stuck on how to do it

i've used manila editors and tf3d config and munbgm from xda but non come with how to instructions anyone got a clue

I do not think they do, I think you just need all the manilla files replaced with your modded manilla files, and recompile it into a .cab for the public.

Just a guess with some logic, I really have no idea.

don't even know what manilla files are. i just wanna make themes from scratch. make my own icons and all. anybody know where to start?
