QUESTION?? Start Menu

Is it possible to change the start menu from saying "start" to what ever phrase i choose? Looked didnt have much luck, either that or I wasnt lookin under the right thing...either way HELP!!!

i looked on xda and they told me to look here

I already used that same post to change the one's on my touch , i posted in there asking them to post the vga png start icons so I can make my own
