No Gps on my new Diamond

I have the HTC Touch with WM 6.1 (flashed Rom) and the gps with my Mapopolis software works great and it was set at COM 0 and hardware (none) and on my Mapopolis software the same. On my new Diamond I have the same settings and no GPS working....anyone help please....thanks
