Importing contacts to Diamond

Just got my diamond the other day. First time wm user. However, my old phone was a sanyo 8400 with sprint. I have my contacts from that phone backedup into one .vcf file. Is there a way to get those contacts onto my Diamond? I could not search this site for vcf because of the min character search length.
