OMG! WTF! Yellow tint is back!

I have a little of a yellow tint on my Sprint Diamond, I know what you are talking about, it is only noticeable in a low light situation, and is really obvious in SMSChat. Its a little annoying, they will replace for this?

Compared to my touch which had the real bad vieing angle on it . My Diamond does have a slight yellow tint. If i never compared it i would have never noticed it.

I remember when i compared my mogul to that touch with the bad screen I had the same result. The mogul had a slight yellow tint. I never noticed that yellow tint untill i got that touch.

Personally my mogul and the diamond both looked far better then that touch probably because of the real bad viewing angel . My theory maybe im wrong but the touches with the bad viewing angle tend to be the ones without the yellow tint. So yellow tint or not im very happy with the way the screen looks on my new diamond

Yea, my touch had the bad viewing angle also, that could be whats going on. And you are correct the diamond is sweet.

All of the Telus Diamonds I have used have had perfect screens. I am on my third because of unrelated problems with my first two.

If your whites look yellowish then you should get the phone replaced. These devices use LED's for the backlight which should always give off white light.
