i just talked to sprint sales they said you can order phone on sunday and have it overnighted on monday. dont know if thats true but thats what they told me. i also ordered my touch on a sunday so its probably a go. hope this helps

Hate to thread jack but want to help. Go into an indirect dealer in your area and they can order today. I am in Atlanta, and we can order today

Can indirect dealers do upgrades? I always go to the sprint store so I'm dumb about that..

i ordered mine on sep 7 thru evp website. on monday when i returned to work, i see an email with instructions on how to finish my order. so i fax over some documents, call them to confirm receipt, and they ask for my credit info. i then ask for overnight and it was a done deal. i doubt that the girl was telling me what i wanted to hear so i could just get off the phone cause i never asked for anything and she was telling me everything she needed from me. it was a normal business transaction just like everytime i order a phone.

Yes,

We can perform upgrades from stock as well as direct ship phones from the warehouse. We can offer all discounts and mail-in rebates just like a corporate store with contract renewal. According to my UPS tracking # I will have the phone Monday morning once the man in brown arrives. They normally show up around 11:00am so I should have pix up after-words.
