I just reserved a diamond to ship on Monday

I have a business account with 14 phones. I just hung up with telesales. They have reserved a phone for me to ship monday morning and arrive at my office on tuesday. They will call me back at 9:00 am on Sunday to finalize all the details and enter the info in the system. I was told the system will open up tomorrow, but since telesales is closed to incoming calls, they will call out to me.

Thought I would share, since I have been lurking here for a few weeks and have received alot of great info from all previous posters.

Wait, Telesales is closed tommorow? Since when? how do the rest of us get the phone tommorow? Should I get a direct order from the local store?

Thanx chappy. Problem is, Im gunna be gone all day tommorow, so probably won't have time to go to the sprint store. kinda sucks, I don't wanna have to wait if they run out

No, the group you order from is still open tomorrow, call 800-777-4681. The group that actually processes the order is not there on Sunday, which is why the order won't be processed and shipped until Monday.

I keep seeing people saying they ordered the phone but every time i call (about 20 times) they say it's not in the system and i have to wait until tomorrow. I have a business account also. I even tried to order it thru EVP and was told the same thing. So how are other people already ordering the phone? Someone please explain this to me

They probably had a rep say whatever they wanted to hear to get them off of the phone.
