If you're having trouble configuring TomTom or have questions about the maps, PM me, lets not have the same questions asked 1000 times.

7. Click on Add New Port, and add COM# - USB/QC DIAGNOSTIC.
It should now show your Com Port and your phone WinCE (########)
Hi all,

I am trying to complete this step, but when I add a new port, it says COM4 - USB/QC Modem? and When I add it, under the middle column it says 'no phone'

Did I do something wrong?

Re: How To: Configure GPS

Try installing the drivers listed and try again, it has to be the diagnostic port. Also, you did remember to dial ##DIAG right?

Re: How To: Configure GPS

Tobey, have you ever noticed any special difference between TT and Garmin? And hence made you prefer TT?

Re: How To: Configure GPS

Never used Garmin, but I like TT and it's easy to use.

On a side note... it's funny to watch where all the credit seems to be going.
