you know thats actualy the second time the phone went off the EVP site. it could just be for some random *** reason like last time....who knows?

i just talked to a rep on sprint.com/chat she said that she doesn't know when the htc touch diamond is coming then she gave me some link so i can get "notified when it is"

its telesales on the 14th, spoke with them last night. The stores are the only ones gettin the hang up

I don't know how comfortable I feel ordering from telesales though after reading all the horror stories. Such a poorly managed customer service center.

I'm ordering on the 14th, once I get it I will go to the store to change my plans. Hopefully telesales won't be sold out. Does anyone know what telesales would do if it's sold out? Like tell you to re order later? Or tell you that it will be shipped as soon as it's available?

In my case, it was sold out, but they told me it was in stock.

I ordered a Mogul via Telesales. Order page said it was in stock, next day delivery, they accepted my order.

Next day, no Mogul. Called - out of stock ETA 7 to 10 days. Took the online system a couple of days to reflect that status.

Typical ...
