Alright so I talked to several people at Sprint today and they told me that it will be available for purchase on the 14th for sure. They put a note on my account so that whenever the stores have one available I can go there and swap my Touch for the Diamond. Cant Wait!!!

14th is the speculated date for telesales. the are specualed to be in stores available for purchase as of the 17th. i cant wait til it launches. I havent used me one a year rebate as an employee yet, so for me, the phone will be $249 with no mail in rebates!! cant wait

so i went to sprint today and asked about the diamond, i was told its being delayed BUT was offered brouchure for both the diamond and the pro, and was told it will be released towards mid of september.
